Retrieve Results

Help Page > Retrieving Content Items > Retrieve Results

Results of your searches performed in the Retrieve tab or from the Quick Search will appear in the workspace below the search criteria.  A preview of the first document displays in the preview panel.

NOTE:  If the search yielded zero results, the results area below the search criteria will be blank.

Sorting the Results

You can sort the results list by clicking on each column header. The first click will sort the items in ascending order. The second click will sort the items in descending order.

You can also choose which columns are displayed by editing the grid.

Content Preview

An item selected in the results list will display in the preview area in the right panel.

The preview panel also has View Actions features that function similar to that of the List Actions. The View Actions will only apply to the item displayed.

To display a full view of all selected items, select View from List Actions.
