Using Inboxes

Inboxes house content items that are active, open, or currently “in progress.” Items in your inbox are generally unprocessed and waiting for user activity.

You can create a new inbox, if needed, to better sort your to-do items:inboxes

To create a new inbox:

1. Right-click on the Inboxes icon.

2. Select Create Inbox.

3. In the Inbox Name field, give your new folder a meaningful, short name.

4. In the Security Class field, select a group to which you want to limit access to that inbox.

5. Click Create.

The system inserts your new inbox alphabetically in the list.
